Warranty is valid for 3 years from time of installation.

Warranty is only valid if the goods have been paid for in full.

Warranty is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the purchaser of the product in the premises that the product was supplied for.

Warranty is only valid on products manufactured by Curtain Decor, not on non Curtain Decor products that have been repaired by Curtain Decor.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, incorrect operation of blind or incorrect application of blind.

Warranty does not cover damage caused to products that have been incorrectly installed. Curtain Decor offers an installation service, if customers wish to install their own products they do so at their own risk.

Warranty does not cover damage caused to products that have been removed from the window and reinstalled incorrectly into the same window or a different window.

If Curtain Decor attends to a warranty claim and discovers that the damage is not covered by warranty then the customer will be liable for call out and repair charges.
